Jessica loves mentoring young girls and empower them to reach their full potential. At Lead Like A Girl, we believe in the power of women to lead, to inspire, and to create positive change in the world.

She has been a Toastmasters member for 2 years and the president of the Cox Automotive Atlanta Toastmasters for the last year. When she is not working or mentoring others she loves to travel with her husband and three sons. Her big goal is to spend her retirement as a public speaker sharing her story of how she created a second career after almost 20 years.
