I think the actions of several of the individuals that were indicted in GA are absolutely criminal.

That said, this is the majority of the work that I do. Protecting the rights of those accused of crimes is fundamental to who I am and why I do what I do.

I will never post a mug shot to prove a political point. I fundamentally do not believe that we are who we are in our worst moments. All of these defendants are going to be able to hire the best lawyers out there. Their mug shot will have zero impact on their lives. Mug shots have a HUGE impact on my clients and their lives. I don't believe they should be available publicly. They're unnecessary in our system. With the internet you cannot unring the bell. Once it is out there, it's out there. Again, post the photos, win your political points, but remember next time the other side uses a mug shot to prove a point I don't want to hear your hypocrisy.

If you're a prosecutor in Orange or Osceola County you should resign and walk out immediately!

Disgusting abuse of power by the governor. I'll leave it at that for now.
