Ramadan Release : 2018 Thai Tulsi
Tulsi is a challenging resource to find, and when it can be found, is usually of Indian origin. Thai stock is sweeter, and so I set out to make a batch many years ago.
Releasing a batch I commissioned 6 years ago - patiently aged to perfection.
