It’s February 1st, and we’re looking at our first month-end report of the year.

What it reconfirmed? One of our lowest-booked services is also severely underpriced. 📉

When you see the data, no lie, it stings. It’s frustrating.

And It’s empowering. It’s reaffirming.

We planned to sunset certain services, and now I can confidently say we’re no longer promoting that service.

And in the extremely rare occurrence that we do, it will be priced accordingly!

Numbers don’t lie. They just wait for you to listen.

I miss having these 1:1 conversations with new and budding service providers in our industry.
