Today a handful of important mortgage rates climbed higher 📈. Mortgage rates have been slowly rising since the start of this year, and are now closer to 2018 levels.

What does this really mean?? "someone buying a $250,000 home🏠 with a 30-year fixed loan at last week's average rate of 5.3% will pay $3,300 a year more compared to the mortgages in April 2021, according to figures from the National Association of Realtors. "

The Fed anticipates raising interest rates 6️⃣ more times this year, so if you're looking to buy a house in 2022, you should be prepared for interest rates to keep moving up.

When rehabbing to increase , you don’t always have to redo everything. In this case, I saved the cabinets, countertop and appliances. ❗An early mistake I made was ... but you live and you learn!

Replacing the flooring and painting brightened the room up a lot! 🎨💁🏽‍♀️
