Summer Snax!

Have you had the blueberry? Tasty little fruit with a big punch of flavor. Makes your teeth blue. I had some in the fridge begging to be eaten. I decided a simple compote would be perfect. A few minutes on the stove and it was done. But hold on. There was an accident. A piece of cheesecake fell in my bowl. And you won’t believe this but there was fresh whipped cream too. Imagine that. I’ve never had a bad time when the whipped cream was involved.
