Progression is NLC Atlanta's annual chapter fundraiser on June 11 at Salesforce Tower in Buckhead. The 2026 Fellowship year is wrapping up and this class brought clarity, conviction, and community to everything they touched. Kirsten Wilder is a perfect example of that.

As Director of the Georgia Safety Coalition and Georgia State Organizer for REFORM Alliance, Kirsten leads a statewide coalition and engages communities about their probation and parole experiences to shape real policy solutions. A certified paralegal with experience in legislative strategy, system research, and investigative work, she also serves on the board of the Young Democrats of Georgia and a grassroots nonprofit supporting formerly incarcerated women through employment, housing, counseling, and education. She earned both her BS in Criminal Justice and MA in Political Science from Georgia State University.

He grew up in Southwest Atlanta in a single-parent household and now employs his neighbors, houses veterans, and leads his homeowners association. Come celebrate Joshua Gray at Progression. 👇🏾

Progression is NLC Atlanta's annual chapter fundraiser on June 11 at Salesforce Tower in Buckhead. The 2026 Fellowship year is closing and this class showed what it means to lead where you are from. Joshua Gray has been doing that since before it was a talking point.

A product of Atlanta Public Schools, Joshua works in manufacturing automation, holds a real estate license, co-owns CleanLeeNess Cleaning Services which employs local residents, and co-owns JJ Real Estate Group which provides housing to veterans and single-parent households in the community he came from. He has served as president of the Cascade Parc Homeowners Association since 2018. He earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Miami and an MBA from Georgia State University.
