Is there a more fitting way to wrap up Women’s History Month than by elevating the voices of powerhouse women in our industry? Our own Jackie Marko, CMP, DMCP participated in an incredible panel at Association of Destination Management Executives International -- ADMEI for a live recording of the Meetings Today Dare to Interrupt Podcast, tackling the genuine challenges of leadership, burnout, impostor syndrome, and balancing work and parenting.

Along with Lisa Deleon, DMCP, VP of Global Sales at Terramar, and Daniella Bikoulis, DMCP CIS, ADMEI president-elect, Jackie provided insights into the power of mutual support, even quoting our departed colleague and industry icon Carol Norfleet on the essence of community. A standout moment? When host Courtney Stanley asked what advice she would give her younger self, Jackie’s response was emphatic: “You are enough.” An important reminder for us all.
