NBC has confirmed that Today co-host Savannah Guthrie will not attend the Winter Olympics in Italy as the search for her mother intensifies.
“Savannah will not be joining us at the Olympics as she focuses on being with her family during this difficult time,” an NBC Sports spokesperson told Fox News Digital. “Our hearts are with her and the entire Guthrie family as the search continues. We will share additional details about our Opening Ceremony coverage plans soon.”
Guthrie was originally scheduled to co-host the Winter Olympics opening ceremony Friday in Milan. The Games run from Feb. 6 to 22.
Her mother, 84-year-old Nancy Guthrie, was last seen Saturday evening at her Arizona home. A relative contacted authorities around noon Sunday to report her missing, according to Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos.
During a Monday news conference, Nanos said the home is now considered a crime scene and that Nancy Guthrie did not leave on her own. “After processing the scene, we believe we do have a crime,” Nanos said. “She did not leave voluntarily.”
A law enforcement source told Fox News Digital there were “blood drops” leading from outside the entryway along the pathway toward the driveway.

Elon Musk Slams Billie Eilish Over Anti-ICE Speech
Elon Musk escalated a public dispute with pop star Billie Eilish, calling her a “hypocrite” after she criticized U.S. immigration enforcement during her acceptance speech at the 68th Annual Grammy Awards on Sunday.
While accepting Song of the Year for “Wildflower,” Eilish denounced Immigration and Customs Enforcement and broader border policies, saying, “No one is illegal on stolen land,” before urging continued protest and activism. She concluded, “And f*** ICE—that’s all I’m gonna say, sorry.”
Musk responded shortly after on X, writing, “She’s such a hypocrite!” He also shared a post from the founding editor of Reality’s Last Stand criticizing the logic of Eilish’s remarks: “You cannot simultaneously believe that all borders are fake and should not be policed, and that land can be ‘stolen.’”
Musk further aligned with comments from Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis, who argued Eilish’s stance conflicted with her own wealth. DeSantis wrote that she should consider forfeiting her Southern California mansion if she believes the land is “stolen.” Musk replied with a single word: “Exactly.”
The exchange follows a clash between the two last year. In November, Eilish posted Instagram Stories criticizing Musk’s wealth and accusing him of neglecting global humanitarian and environmental crises, including slides from the advocacy group My Voice, My Choice. She later added her own commentary attacking Musk directly. Musk responded on X by summarizing her remarks and writing, “She’s not the sharpest tool in the shed.”
Separately, Eilish has faced criticism from the Department of Homeland Security over her statements about ICE. In January, she reshared posts condemning the agency following the fatal shooting of Renee Nicole Good in Minneapolis, amplifying calls for criminal charges against an ICE officer and accusing the agency of systemic abuse.
DHS Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin pushed back in a statement to Billboard, saying Eilish’s posts conflicted with released video footage. “Clearly, Billie Eilish has not seen the newly released footage,” McLaughlin said, adding it corroborated DHS’s account that the individual involved was impeding law enforcement and using a vehicle in a dangerous manner.

LOVE HIM or HATE HIM, you absolutely have to admit—Donald J. Trump gets things DONE like no one else in our lifetime! There he is in the Oval Office, holding up that freshly signed executive order with his bold signature right across the page, looking every bit the decisive leader who doesn’t waste time on talk—he acts. From day one of this second term, he’s been moving at lightning speed: securing the border, slashing wasteful spending, enforcing work requirements on welfare programs, cutting red tape for American businesses, standing up to China, and making sure our laws are actually enforced instead of ignored. The man doesn’t just promise results—he delivers them, fast and without apology. That serious, focused expression on his face says it all: this is a President who came back stronger, more determined, and ready to finish what he started for the American people.Even the biggest critics can’t deny the scoreboard. Record economic growth before the pandemic, energy independence that lowered prices at the pump, peace deals in the Middle East that no one thought possible, criminal justice reform that helped real people, judges who respect the Constitution, and now in this term, even more wins stacking up—work requirements on SNAP and EBT so able-bodied adults contribute, pulling out of bloated globalist organizations that drain our money, and backing ICE and law enforcement so criminals don’t run free. Love the style or hate it, the results speak louder than any headline: jobs coming back, streets safer, America respected again, and taxpayers finally getting their money’s worth. That’s what leadership looks like—getting sh*t done when others just talk about it.God bless President Trump for never backing down, for fighting through every obstacle, and for proving every single day why millions of us stand with him. God bless the American workers, families, and patriots who deserve a leader who actually delivers. Share this if you agree—whether you love him, hate him, or fall somewhere in between, you can’t argue with the facts: Trump gets things DONE!
🚓 She Could’ve Left With a Ticket — She Didn’t
It should’ve been quick — a citation, a warning, and back on the road.
She had the option to keep it simple and move on.
Instead, she argued, resisted, and pushed the moment further than it ever needed to go.
What started as minor turned serious in a matter of minutes.
One choice changed the outcome completely.
