“A world of gratitude goes to Shiva and Elnaz for their amazing work in helping me sell my home in December 2023. I was introduced to Shiva by a mutual friend who spoke highly about her work ethic and her professionalism. Quite honestly, I was a bit skeptical because my home was listed for sale on and off for over a year by two other agents who I had to terminate due to lack of results.

Shiva and Elnaz spent countless hours at my home identifying every small detail that needed a little touch up and also engaging a home staging company to temporarily furnish my now empty home. They sought contractors, they negotiated pricing for minor repairs, they looked for most cost effective way to stage the home, and they did this at the speed of light!
