On the outside, things can look really put together.

But underneath, it doesn’t always feel that way.

There can be a constant pressure to keep performing, to stay “on,” and a sense that no matter how much you’re doing, it never quite feels like enough.

I see it often in my work—and I’ve had to navigate it myself in different seasons.

What I’ve come to understand is that this isn’t about capability. It’s about how we relate to pressure, expectations, and the standards we hold ourselves to.
