We're looking for a highly skilled sales individual who can present, negotiate & sell our inventory of homes to the network of B2B clients we currently have within our database. These our companies & their representatives who we've both done business with or provided us with their criteria for what they're looking for.

-You're a natural problem solver - as in any B2B sales organization, things happen and can come up at any moment. So being to quickly assess, adapt and respond in order to get things to closing is critical

So it's not uncommon for you to see a fellow team member driving their dream McLaren for the week for hitting Closer of The Month that the company rented for them as as their incentive or several other comparable incentives

-Legacy building is drilled into the core of everything we do. We constantly educate and provide the tools and resources for our team not only to sell the assets we have. But to be equipped with the necessary things to begin purchasing assets yourself

Here's some of the things you'd be responsible for:
-Reaching out to buyers within the database with properties that match their buying criteria. Present the property details with them, negotiate & assist them in the purchase of the property(ies)
-Commit to becoming a real estate sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of the industry
-Remain in regular contact with buyers to understand and meet their needs
-Follow up with prospective buyers and return email / voicemails
-Attend sales training and meetings
-If you are experienced in giving exceptional customer service, have the drive to earn an uncapped income and want to build a career, we look forward talking to you
