To wrap up , Marcus Autism Center hosted our 2nd annual Spectrum of Fun Carnival. 🎪 The sensory-friendly experience was filled with carnival games, face paint and lots of smiles all around!

After witnessing a car accident on her way into work, Sydney stepped in to calmly support a young passenger with a head injury—bringing comfort during a frightening moment.

Last week, we celebrated all the hard work and dedication from our staff that led to Marcus Autism Center receiving the Marcus Foundation Grant.

Their unwavering commitment to make a difference in the lives of the children and families we serve every day is unmatched.

WINTER WEATHER UPDATE: Our three hospital locations—Arthur M. Blank Hospital, Hughes Spalding Hospital and Scottish Rite Hospital—and emergency departments are open for patient care. For the safety of our patients and staff, Children’s is making the following operational changes due to winter weather:

❄️ All urgent care centers and outpatient clinics are closed Saturday, Jan. 31.

❄️ Hamilton Creek Urgent Care and Duluth Orthopedic Clinic will be closed on Sunday, Feb. 1.

❄️ All other urgent care centers and scheduled outpatient clinics will open on a delayed start at noon on Sunday, Feb. 1.
