The nearly 35 million dollar price tag on this Frida Kahlo work should be more than enough inspiration to grace your home this year with exquisite original art on display at our A. Randolph Art Gallery at much more affordable prices.

Frida Kahlo just shattered an auction record, ousting her husband "Diego y yo" depicts Kahlo's husband, Diego Rivera, on her forehead. It fetched $34.9 million in a Sotheby's auction — shattering a record set by Rivera.

Our Story

Rodney A. Logal (1940-2016) was a co-founder and Executive Committee board member of National Judicial Conduct and Disability Law Project, Inc. (NJCDLP), commonly known as THE LAW PROJECT.* He was a long time political / legal activist. In fact, for over 30 years Mr. Logal petitioned and agitated to encourage a true, two party political system in Lake County, Indiana where TLP was launched. Mr. Logal was the plaintiff in cutting edge litigation challenging steel manufacturing powerhouses through a shareholder's derivative action. He took on powerful interests in the name of justice many times.

Mr. Logal's personal and public interest advocacy left him with an unshakeable conviction that America's legal and judicial system have gone astray. Yet he advocated to help restore true liberty in this country with the spirit in which he defended it during the Vietnam War. Mr. Logal was truly a champion of justice.
