We're removing the damaged materials, replacing the subfloor, installing new hardwoods in the affected area, and refinishing the entire main level to ensure everything matches perfectly. We'll be staining the new wood back to the original color and matching it as closely as possible to the existing staircase.

We’re showing you a flooring and framing project we’re working on in Milton, Georgia. We’ve already installed about 1,500 square feet of laminate flooring throughout the second and main floors, and today we’re tackling the basement. We installed matching laminate flooring here and now we’re framing a new wall to create a gym space. We’ll be adding insulation, outlets, drywall, and finishing with paint. We’re also closing off a closet that the customer doesn’t need and making everything seamless. Follow along as we transform this basement space.
