The final pillar of Spark Corps is thought leadership. In our incubation program, we focus on thought leadership. Our goal is that with each partnership and project, we communicate about the thinking that guides our decision making. This allows us to be transparent about our consulting while helping others understand the "why" of our recommendations.

What is most important to us is serving our community to the best of our abilities and partnering with organizations and groups that want to do the same.

is our internal initiative to teach design thinking skills to the next generation. With summer coming to a close, and online/distance learning still being the safest way to gather - we want to share our online store where you can access the Flashlight workbook and lessons! The "Spark Your Design Creativity" activity book is a tool that introduces kids to design while also helping them to build fundamental social skills. The book and lessons walk kids through 16 engaging activities, from drawing to developing skills in observation. Visit the link in our bio to start learning!
