The final pillar of Spark Corps is thought leadership. In our incubation program, we focus on thought leadership. Our goal is that with each partnership and project, we communicate about the thinking that guides our decision making. This allows us to be transparent about our consulting while helping others understand the "why" of our recommendations.

At Spark Corps, one of our pillars is empathy. We also believe in providing inclusive services to all social impact groups, regardless of social, religious, and economic identifiers.
