HELP! What did I do wrong on this bathroom replumb

We had a new hot water heater installed and the plumber didn’t alert us of the dent until after he installed it. He said it wouldn’t cause any issues. I’m worried about the overall integrity of the tank. Thoughts? Should I be concerned with the tank (I’m definitely concerned with their approach..

Pvc pipe was nicked with a Sawzall, anyway to repair it?
Plumber came out today and is asking for 750 to fix it. It has a tiny drip that comes from it. Is there a way to fix this? Like jb weld or pvc cement. Other than opening the wall up not sure I can get a slip fit around it.

Just had a basement bathroom re-plumbed as part of a remodel. The plumbers placed the toilet fl**ge a few inches above the concrete. They told me there was no other way to do it and that they “weren’t sure” how to install a toilet when it’s that high. Can a toilet even be installed on this?
