Over a year post-op, and I'm still coming back into my body. It's been a long time since I've taught at a hospital, and I'm grateful to do it in a capacity that serves nurses.

Careworkers, especially the night nurses are universally underappreciated.

Filling that need at least for one location feels right on time. We need care at the root of all this.

This weekend, March 6-8th, I'll be celebrating 50 years of Southern Feminist scholarship at the annual conference!
I'll be sharing yoga and meditation practices AND you can stop by my table to grab some goodies from the spa collection.
