The Emory University Atwood Chemistry Renovation consisted of roughly 30,000sf of wet and dry laboratory spaces, spread over 3 Floors, and two-phases. The primary focus of this project was to create adaptable wet and dry lab spaces to accommodate future PI occupancy. This project consisted of custom lab casework, both mobile and fixed, including 48 custom fumehoods – each serving over 6 different type gases, specialty lab equipment, and complex MEP systems to accommodate new lab equipment. Currently, phase one of this project is complete, and phase two is underway tracking to be turned over this summer.
