Prioritizing your needs is 💯 absolutely necessary when you live with Chronic Illness. You have to become selfish in the way that you put you first so that you don’t have to make so much time for your illness when it rears it’s ugly head. Our energy must be protected in order for us to even consider helping others. There is no shame in being selfish 💜
