I chopped 1/2 a head of cabbage, 1 onion, and about 6 red potatoes. Added about 3 tablespoons of bacon grease, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a little olive oil. Covered with foil and baked at 350 degrees for about an hour. Delicious!
