Was so stressed I had to write (with wet markers) on the mirror ALOT more than usual in the hotel to remind myself that I am safe. That I am ease, fun, joy, and gratitude.

Reasons why I must stay grounded and stay focused on why I show up as the human I am.

Even when I feel unwell, to choose kindness.

Yes, I get angry. Frustrated and yes I will find my way back to the ROOT of WHO I AM.

EVERY TIME.

LOVE.

Seeing how my children have become their own person and a reflection of myself in so many ways happen to remind me of how hard I’ve worked on this version of myself.

Closing out the week of Mother’s Day with high gratitude and self preservation. I will not become physically ill from my circumstances. Nor will the people in my circle be unwell due to chaos and mess.

ALL WILL BE WELL. STAY FOCUSED.
