According to The National Sexual Violence Resource Center, one in five women and one and seventy-one men will be r***d during their lifetime.
These numbers are very disturbing to me and as a woman whose mother and brother are a r**e survivor I know intimately, they're not just numbers.

For many of these men and women, the biggest emotional sting is not the act itself. It's the breaking of homes, the silent whispers, feeling dirty and unworthy that creates the emotional upset.

Here at Pound For Love, we're committed to making a positive impact on the lives of men and women in our community.

Call us bias!, but we whole heartily believe there's no better way to heal than through the art of food.
