GF provided architectural design services for this thoughtfully planned build-to-rent neighborhood, featuring a mix of townhomes and cottages with one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts. Each home is crafted to balance comfort, privacy, and everyday functionality.

GreenbergFarrow
GreenbergFarrow was established in 1974, in Atlanta, Georgia, primarily as an architectural practice specializing in retail projects for big box and specialty retailers and for real estate developers. In 1978, the firm designed the first flagship store for The Home Depot in Atlanta, and after the brand’s proven success, subsequently delivered nearly 2,000 stores throughout the U.S. over the next 30+ years. As a result of that program, GreenbergFarrow expanded to become a national firm, with multiple offices coast-to-coast.
Since then GreenbergFarrow provides its clients Civil, Energy, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Interior Design, and Real Estate Development Services. Additionally, GreenbergFarrow list of client’s includes an impressive array of some of the nation’s most prestigious developers and residential and retail clients.
The firm has continued to grow over the years and today, GreenbergFarrow has over 250 employees across 15 offices (strategically located nationwide, as well as China and Mexico).
