Job Summary:
The Inside Track Inc, a leading flooring provider to the trade show industry, is looking for an Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for all order processing from start to finish.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Estimating projects and advising clients on best product options for their projects
• Invoicing and running credit card payments
• Logistics: quoting, tracking, liaising with freight carriers, and providing delivery confirmations
• Follow up on open estimates/quotes
• Daily interactions via phone and email with customers
• Coordinating inventory and deadlines with our production department
• Providing samples upon client request
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Ability to think fast, problem solve, and respond to clients’ requests
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft office is a must; knowledge of Salesforce CRM software a plus
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Hours are flexible, generally M-F, regular business hours. This is an ON-SITE position, located off Fulton Industrial Blvd in Atlanta, GA.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Compensation:
Starting at $50,000.00. After the 120 day review period, commissions on total company’s sales.
