As we commemorate America’s 250th anniversary, Temple clergy will provide reflections on the Declaration of Independence through a Jewish lens during Shabbat services throughout the month of July. A special Torah study on July 4 will further explore how our Jewish texts can deepen our understanding of American ideals such as freedom, equality, and responsibility. Hope you will join us in person or online!

We were proud to celebrate Linda Selig, recipient of the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta 120th Annual Meeting Lifetime of Achievement Award. A trailblazing leader and community builder, Linda Selig's five decades of service have shaped Jewish Atlanta in profound ways—from her historic role as the first female Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta Campaign Chair and later President of Federation, to her decades of leadership across institutions including The Temple, The Davis Academy, Hillels of Georgia, and beyond. She is also the founder of The White Rose Society and co-founder of Better Together, initiatives that continue to build bridges, deepen understanding, and strengthen Jewish life. Mazal tov on this well-deserved honor!
