Carolina has been integral in my journey back to optimal health. Her passion for providing the best care is obvious, as she incorporates what is needed for the individual. She tailor made our sessions to fit my needs; providing me with information on mindfulness techniques, diet suggestions, ideal sleep cycles, and various options for exercise, just to name a few. Each appointment was comprehensive, and she listened to all of my concerns. When I first came to see Carolina, I was experiencing high levels of pain on a daily basis. As the months progress and I implemented the various suggestion she had made, and I began to improve. Today, I am a new person and a happier person. Carolina has forever changed my life for the better.

A lot of people are walking around being told everything is “normal” while feeling exhausted, anxious, struggling with brain fog, poor sleep… and like a shadow of themselves.
A huge part of what I do is step back, look at the full picture, and help people understand patterns in their symptoms, history, and labs through a more functional health lens instead of only asking whether something falls inside a broad “normal” range. 🤍
If you feel like crap but your labs are “normal,” it may be time for a second set of eyes.
Obviously this is not about cars. 🫠
There’s a difference between labs that technically “pass” and a body that actually feels good.
If you’re exhausted, foggy, inflamed, achy, or just don’t feel like yourself anymore, it may be time to look deeper.
