It's been 5 years since I stepped away from Personal Training to begin Evertrain. I'm SO pumped to announce that I'm returning to training with one-on-one sessions and in-person classes!

PUMP is for anyone who wants to focus on control over intensity and thus, improve their overall body composition, muscle mass, and movement quality.
PUMP is all about YOU being in control. Each class will have a body-point specific focus (ex: Chest, Arms, Glutes, Core, etc.) featuring conventional and functional bodybuilding movements (Bench Press, Bicep Curls, Goblet Squats, etc.). By isolating these muscle groups, you’ll build strength, develop new muscle, and increase your overall functional movement in your day-to-day activities. Each class will have a beginner, intermediate, and advanced track so that YOU can learn and grow.

Check out my client Mike's insane transformation! This guy puts in some serious man hours with me in the gym. He always comes early. Always stays late. And best of all, he tries to improve and outperform every single time he walks in our doors. Congrats on your 25lbs lost, Mike! Your progress is a true testament to your hard work. Keep it up!

Another huge transformation in progress at our gym. My client Akram has been crushing it since the Fall. This is his 10 month transformation. Our 4x per week training regiment consists of strength, hypertrophy, endurance and high intensity interval training. We leave no stone unturned and it shows in his new physique! The approach is simple - we don't do anything crazy; we just don't miss! Congrats on the insane progress, Akram!

Check out client John & his incredible 8 month transformation! John has completely reconstructed his body composition by simply lifting with me 3x per week, following a custom macronutrient nutrition plan, and implementing home workouts on his days away from our gym. Congrats on losing over 4+ inches in your waist, John! Keep crushing it!

The new gym is ready! I just broke it in with a fun Sunday night leg workout. A HUGE thanks goes out to Brad Kolowich Jr & Mandy for putting in some crazy long hours to make this happen so quickly.
