Studio Oi + Surfrider Foundation Manly : creativity meets coastal care 🌊
Our studio sits steps from Avalon Beach, where daily surfs and swims sharpen ideas (and leave wetsuits dripping by the desk). Partnering with Surfrider Foundation on Adopt a Beach was more than another project; it was a responsibility close to home (and heart).
Nine beaches. Nine challenges. Nine partner groups are stepping up to keep their stretch of coast litter-free. From cigarette butts to dumped waste, each beach needed its own voice to solve its unique litter-laced problem.
As Karen, our copywriter, puts it: “We built buckets of copy, cheeky for teens, harder-hitting for some beaches, softer for families. The anchor was always community activism and change.”
