From carrying that pride in the islands to witnessing history in the Bay halftime ’bout to be fuego! Birthday Gratitude. Today, I pause to give thanks for life, for breath, and for the fire God placed in my hands. And let me be clear… this moment took 50 takes to get that damn flame 😂 because nothing about purpose is rushed and nothing worth having comes easy.

Every flame, every flavor, every plate is a blessing. I’m grateful for the ability to create, for the gift of turning passion into purpose, and for everyone who continues to see and taste my craft.

This journey isn’t just about food it’s about love, culture, discipline, and showing up every day with intention. If you see it, it’s real. If you taste it, it’s love.
