It's Women's History Month and International Women's Day 2025! We celebrate the many women in the affordable housing sector - our fellow stakeholders, partners, supporters, investors, board members, committee members, Atlanta Women's Affordable Housing Network, NeighborWorks America, and many others.

Women comprise

--66% of executive leadership, and
--56% of board members.

Our 2025 Atlanta Regional Housing Forum series, founded and moderated by Bill Bolling, starts with a look around the region for action on affordable housing policy and development. We're thrilled to have remarks from Atlanta Regional Commission's Anna Roach, to be followed by a panel of regional stakeholders, including Matthew Elder from Gwinnett County Government (Planning & Development); Gray Kelly, convenor of the Marietta Housing Forum; and Tiffany Wills, Vice President, Redevelopment & Strategic Initiatives with Decide DeKalb Development Authority. Lastly, we'll get a Georgia General Assembly legislative update from Elizabeth Appley, Attorney and Affordable Housing Public Policy Advocate.
