Sometimes we think that the things, the people, and the places that helped us to heal are sufficient in keeping us healed. However, there is a distinct difference between your healing and your health. Your healing requires one prescription, but your health just might require a different one.

Over years of experiencing things, circumstances, situations that leave us wounded, depleted, and afraid, we develop ways to cope. And that's great! These ways of coping are how we protect ourselves, how we function, how we survive. However, when these "ways of coping" move from roads of freedom to walls of bo***ge, we've perverted their purpose.
