IMPORTANT UPDATE:

Recently, we announced a pivot to a virtual event. After taking time to reflect, listen, and evaluate what’s best for everyone involved, we’ve made another decision.

**We will not be moving forward with a virtual event.**

We truly believe that our attendees, talent, and community deserve more than what a virtual experience can offer. Because of that, we are officially **postponing the convention** and shifting our focus to creating a series of **smaller, themed in-person events** featuring the talent you love.

All ticket holders have been emailed with more information, so please be sure to check your inbox.

We understand that this is a lot of change in a short amount of time, and we sincerely apologize for any frustration or uncertainty this may cause. At the same time, we are incredibly thankful for the patience, support, and grace so many of you have shown us. It truly means everything.

As this is our first time running a convention, we are committed to learning, growing, and making the best decisions we can to ensure we deliver experiences that meet the expectations you deserve.

We will be sharing more details about these new events, including dates and locations, as soon as possible.

We have an important update for our attendees.

After an incredibly long road and many difficult conversations, we have made the decision to transition the event to a virtual format for the same weekend. This was not a decision we took lightly. We truly did everything we possibly could to keep the event in person, but circumstances outside of our control made that impossible to complete in the way everyone deserved.

That being said, the event IS STILL
HAPPENING, and we are committed to making it the best experience we can for everyone involved. We are currently working through the details of the virtual platform, schedules, and how meet & greets, panels, and vendors will work.

Talent has been reached out to and once we have a finalized list of those able to participate we will update you.

As soon as the pieces are finalized, we will share that information with all of you.

This has been a long journey, and we know emotions may run high. We also know there may be rumors or speculation, especially since there have been people against this event from the very beginning. All we ask is for a little grace. If you hear something, please come to us directly so we can address it rather than assumptions being made.

One thing we want to make very clear: we are not going anywhere. We will not leave anyone hanging or disappear like other companies in the past. We care deeply about this event, the fans, the talent, and the community that has supported us along the way.

Today, on International Women’s Day, I just want to take a moment to recognize and thank the incredible women who make up my team. Being a woman-owned and woman-run business hasn’t always been easy. We have faced challenges that tested us in ways we never expected. But through it all, this team has shown strength, resilience, and an unbelievable amount of passion.
Every single one of these women has poured their time, energy, and heart into this business and into making our upcoming event something truly special. I’m endlessly grateful for the late nights, the problem solving, the creativity, and the constant support we give one another.

To my team: thank you for believing in this vision and for working so hard to bring it to life. I’m so proud of what we’re building together.
