Kristina Gross is Senior Director, Executive and External Communications at TrueBlue, with 26 years in the industry. An IABC Atlanta member since 2022, her primary focus is executive communications.

She serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, shaping enterprise narrative, positioning and thought leadership while protecting brand reputation. What energizes her most is translating strategy into clear, compelling storytelling and equipping leaders to communicate with confidence and authenticity.

Kristina is closely watching the collision of advancing technology and a culture that expects instant response — reminding leaders that speed should never come at the expense of credibility and trust. Over the past year, adaptability and resilience have been critical in helping teams stay grounded as the environment shifts.

Her communications superpower? Staying calm in the center of the storm — keeping perspective and reminding teams that it’s PR, not ER.
