It is difficult to run a business, ( or multiple businesses) when you are creatively tapped out, also known as burnout.

Unintentionally, I have begun walking everyday and have been surprised to see how much I enjoy the trees and the flowers and the animals that I come across.

In these walks, I begin to think about ideas for myself and for my clients. I find that I need less technology and more nature to think about people and marketing and selling, and what we all really need right now.

So as a business owner with three companies, what do I recommend for people that are so tired and burned out right now?
Go outside, take a walk, and listen without a podcast or a playlist.

It will be awkward at first, but the ideas will flood into your head. The uninterrupted headspace will allow you to reset your brain and to begin to think clearly and without prejudice. This is the alliance between marketing and sales- to begin to understand how your audiences are feeling right now.
