In Korea, Chinese people from Shandong Province who lived in Incheon at the end of the 19th century changed their food, 'Chao Ma Men' (炒碼麵), to suit Koreans' tastes. It is made by mixing vegetables and seafood that are commonly available around, and the Japanese word 'jjambbong' means 'mixing different things'.
It is truly everyone's favorite noodle soup in Korea.
