Had a check-In with our gal Wendy this morning. Things became emotional as she is discovering all the real ways why this is not just a PHYSICAL challenge. It’s emotional. It’s mental. It’s spiritual. All on top of being physically demanding and altering.

The way in which we must change different facets of our lives to reach our goals requires more discipline than that which we lacked as we slipped away from these goals in the first place.

Today we made some changes in her diet plan. We painted the picture a little more clearly on what the expectation is & how that specifically looks for Wendy’s life and goals.

Our goal: Set yourself up for SUCCESS!

Make it as easy as possible to choose the right thing & have it available at the right time.

Don’t even give yourself the opportunity to fail!
