Our morning got off to a colorful start with one of our favorite movement activities—Dancing with the Scarves! Residents enjoyed an upbeat chair exercise filled with easy-to-follow movements, lively music, and bright, multicolored scarves twirling through the air.

At Sierra Ridge Memory Care, we make movement a part of every day. Our residents participate in daily exercise programs designed to support strength, flexibility, coordination, and overall well-being in a way that feels engaging and enjoyable. We believe exercise doesn’t have to feel like exercise—it can be a celebration! ❤️

🚿🫧 Splish, splash… we had a Wheelchair & Walker Car Wash at Sierra Ridge last Thursday and what a wonderful day it turned out to be!
Residents, friends, and family members gathered in our courtyard for an afternoon full of laughter, sunshine, and lots of bubbles!! Armed with water guns, misters, bubble guns, soap, suds, and plenty of helping hands, we scrubbed our wheelchairs and walkers until they were sparkling clean and summer ready!

More than just getting our wheels shining, it was such a fun way to spend time together, enjoy the outdoors, and make sweet memories with our community.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the day so special — we loved every minute of it! ☀️🫧💙

A big thank you to Melinda from Suncrest Hospice for stopping by and treating our staff to a fun Red Bull Bar! We enjoyed sampling different flavor combinations and getting a little extra boost of energy for the day. It was such a thoughtful and fun way to support and appreciate our team.
