SPINACH in our Rainbow Smoothie?! Special guest Chloe Lendi heard many skeptical comments as she listed the ingredients they would use to make a smoothie. Most of the students were surprised to discover they loved the taste, even with the spinach!

Chloe is a FoodCorps Nutrition Specialist working with the district’s nutrition department. She’ll be back next week with another delicious recipe for us to try!
