The Passport Project Early Learning

This week we are wrapping up our unit on France! For the last month, the children have learned how to identify France on a map, have engaged in cooking activities featuring French recipes, drew inspiration from books based in France to create art, participated in multiple online French lessons from a native French speaker and so much more. A favorite day included reading the book "Madeline", making Madeline paper hats and eating French Madeleine cakes!

The children had a lot of fun yesterday listening to Irish music, learning about Riverdance, reading "How to Catch a Leprechaun," making handprint clovers and doing a St. Patrick's Day science project- a chemical reaction experiment with a bubbling pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!
