Some more small orders went out today. Making more progress. As many of you know, I am having to repurchase all shipping labels after they expired. About 98 more orders to pack and send out.

As soon as I ship your order, you will receive a message with updated tracking. If you have not received this message, your order is not lost. If you have received a message, and still don’t receive your order, then we can look into it together.

So we’ll definitely be migrating our website to a new host after this. After having to hand type all shipping information in for hours because there is no batch option, I learned from multiple people that no automated emails are going out. Not even to Spam. Once I select the orders as “fulfilled”, there should be emails going out (maybe?). Anyway, if you’d like your tracking number before then, you can message me and I’ll look it up for you.

Hey everyone. Here’s a much anticipated but lengthy update:

Short and Sweet: All tracking numbers will be in your email by this Friday. All packages will be going out in the next two weeks.

Long Update: I hesitated to provide a full update because I felt like another update would just seem like excuses. I resorted to updating in comments and responding to inquiries instead. However, we value transparency and want everyone to stay abreast, so here’s the situation. As some of you know, shortly after my last update, I found myself in the hospital for a few days with a heart condition. Since then it’s been a ton of testing and appointments. Additionally, the government shutdown had me working a lot of hours outside of the norm to cover for misssing personnel. Brenda had to pick up a ton of extra duties and progress came to a hault. Thankfully I have recovered well and feeling healthy these days. When it came time to purchase labels, I realized it needed to be in batches because all of the money we earned on the sale went to home recovery after the storm. All the shipping had to come out of pocket from my normal paychecks that are always tight around the holidays (hospital bills and appointments didnt help there). I’ll be completing the last batch of purchases by this Friday when I get paid. I know how incredibly annoying this journey has been, and believe me when I say we are just as eager to get all of these orders into your hands. Again, thank you for your patience.
