Hello you are invited to our brand new Crackers and Nuts spiritual support group. This is a FREE online spiritual and everyday living and guidance support group. Many different topics (stress management, emotional regulation, being healthy in today’s world, spiritual warfare, trauma, etc.) will be brought to light, inspected, drilled out and glued back together in a way that can bring new insights, renewed purpose, direction, clarity, balance and possibly even healing for old hurts and traumas. All are welcomed with the exception of a participant not having used any drugs or alcohol within 48 hours of the group. Prescription medications needs to be discussed with one of the hosts prior to the group. The group’s host are Bear (Le) and River (La).
