Change is the only constant.

As I transition into the next adventure, I am weighed down by my fears of the unknown and other people’s judgment. These two things are common obstacles we all face in our lives. As I try to whittle away the things that don’t serve me so I can spend my time on the things that bolster me and help me grow, I finally have decided to let this space go.
I am in love with the Olde Federal Building. It’s been a pleasure to build the beautiful energy in my studio spaces.
My lease ends May 31st, and I will start moving into my new apartment in Portland June 1st. I will move my massage practice into a new space in Augusta, which I will announce once it’s all set up. My intention will be to see established clients on the weekend, so I can focus on my studies and my son during the weekdays.
Massage Therapy is a beautiful modality. I’m grateful to all my clients who have followed me all these years. But, the universe told me in so many ways it’s time to move on. I have a different calling, and I’m stubborn enough to make it come to fruition.
In the following days, my mind will be heavily occupied, as I am in the middle of doing online studies through UNE for Anatomy and Physiology 1 & 2, while seeing clients for massage, LYT Method (physical therapy based yoga), Reiki and sound sessions as much as I can. Because I am also coordinating my move and lining up work, I ask that you keep your eyes peeled as I plan gatherings so we can all enjoy this space while I’m still here.
I will also be selling my things to help me finance my move. Studio and office items, as well as my personal belongings of clothes, shoes, and other odds and ends.
