This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice does not go unnoticed.

Updating your policies? Treat it like a project!
🔹 Set clear goals - one update or complete overhaul?
🔹 Identify stakeholders - who needs to approve?
🔹 Prioritize (Red, Yellow, Green) - triage the most critical.
🔹 Hold working sessions - multiple perspectives are a must.
🔹 Build a rollout plan - communicate in a variety of ways.

This approach keeps you organized and accountable.

✔️ Review regularly

❌ Don’t:
✖️ Overcomplicate
✖️ Rewrite based on one bad experience
✖️ Use policies to avoid hard conversations
