Augusta Civic Center

Daytime Cooling Center Information: In response to forecasted weather conditions, the City of Augusta will offer a daytime cooling center on Tuesday, July 14th and Wednesday, July 15th, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Augusta Civic Center, located at 76 Community Drive, for anyone needing relief from the heat.

Wednesday, July 15th

Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Location: Enter through the North Entrance and follow the signs to the North Wing on the second floor.

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome, provided they remain in a secure crate or carrier at all times. Pet owners must provide their own crate or carrier, as crates are not available on-site. Owners are responsible for their pets at all times and must maintain control and supervision throughout their visit.
