Duties Include - But are not limited to:
-Perform remote, phone, and onsite Managed IT / Cybersecurity support
-Perform network troubleshooting and remediation
-Ensure security and functionality of data, network access and backup systems
-Install and maintain Managed IT / Cybersecurity products and services
-Provide orientation and guidance to users on how to operate their software and equipment
-Have a passion for staying up-to-date the latest technologies
-Maintain and update system documentation and event records

Basic Requirements/Technical Skills:
