Please note the holiday class schedule for Monday, May 25. We will run two classes only for Murph. The YMCA will be open from 7-5 on Memorial Day. We hope you’ll join us as we honor the memory and sacrifices of Lt. Michael Murphy and the many other fallen soldiers who have given their lives in service to others.

Aaaaaaand, we’re saying goodbye AGAIN!!! came to us in the thick of dental school and we’ve witnessed her growth as an athlete (so many PRs and skills learned), we watched as she became a bride-to-be, and now she’s a FULL GROWN DENTIST! We couldn’t be prouder of you, Lauren! We hate to see you leave, but we can’t wait to see you thrive in this next chapter! Best of luck to you and Miles on a long happy life together 🥹🫶🏼💪🏽
