Hey y’all,
We are currently looking to hire a full-time employee! We would like to find someone who has previous experience in the swimming pool industry (but this is not a requirement), loves to work outdoors in all seasons/weather, and is punctual with a positive attitude. Initially, as a new employee, you will work as a helper learning about our business, how to properly complete maintenance services, plumbing, and basic electrical work. Starting hourly pay will depend on experience and work ethic.
Our goal is not to have seasonal help, but rather have our employees work full-time year-round and grow into independent service technicians as they become more skilled.
