Last Sunday, Barbora chatted with Tomas Cap, First Lieutenant/Paramedic HS6 Ostrava, founder of the largest community of Czech firefighters about implementation of mental skills training into a firefighters prep.

Barbora and Tomas discussed the tunnel vision and how it occurs in the heat of the moment as well as the ability to adjust firefighter’s mental and physiological activation during the call to reach their Optimal Zone of Natural Excellence and maximize performance.
