Start of new program I was not in a good place, I placed myself in that place. I take ownership of it all. I had no motivation to do anything. I remember a promise I made to break a barrier I was stuck in. To be better for myself and a pareja. I seeked help (therapy) I found strength in my faith , my daily routine has changed in ways I regret, but I show up everyday. Some days are good, some days are really hard. Slow and steady wins the race adjusting to a new training program made me uncomfortable I didn’t feel like growth or change was happening, but thankfully it’s slowly showing . Tatakae .

Call me Guts, because I’m about to go Berserk 😈. 11 weeks out, locked in mentally and physically at a good point. Now let’s get cut .

Progress is never instantaneous. It takes time, perseverance, determination, and most importantly the will to never settle for less. I’ve been with for some time and I cannot think of a better team to be apart of and forever grateful to be apart of . From the ground up isn’t just words to a few of us, rather a daily reminder to continue to push and not be a skinny little B****!
